Updates, downtime and bonus time
What happens to your remaining time when a game patch takes a product down.
When a game patches #
Every game patch can break a product, and some of them break it badly. When one lands we take the product into maintenance and start on the fix.
- The product is marked as updating, on this site and in the loader.
- Keys can still be bought, but they will not redeem until the update is over. Time only starts at redemption, so nothing is lost.
- Injection is blocked. This is deliberate.
Do not try to force it
We do not promise a turnaround time, and we would rather be down for a week than ship a build that gets everyone flagged. Some patches are sorted the same day; others genuinely take a while.
Your time is frozen #
You never pay for downtime. The moment a product goes into maintenance, the remaining time on every active key for it stops counting down, and it resumes when the product comes back.
If an update runs long, we add bonus time on top of the freeze. That is applied to your key automatically; there is nothing to claim and no ticket to open.
A key you have bought but not yet redeemed is unaffected either way, since its clock has not started.
How to follow along #
- Every product page carries a live status badge.
- The loader shows the same status next to each product in your list.
- Our status page tracks every product at once.
- Updates are announced on Discord as they happen, and that is the fastest of the four.
Asking when it will be done does not make it faster, and our staff genuinely do not know until it is tested. When it is back, the status flips and you can play.
