Redeem your license key
Where the key arrives, how to redeem it, and when the clock starts.
Find your key #
Your license key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, within a minute or two of the payment clearing. It is a single line of characters and it is the only copy, so keep the email.
- Check your spam and promotions folders before anything else. That is where it usually hides.
- Search your mailbox for the sender address rather than the subject line.
- If you are signed in, your orders are also listed under Settings, then Invoices.
Still nothing after ten minutes? Message support on Discord with the email address you paid with and we will resend it.
Redeem it #
Keys are redeemed inside the loader, not on the website.

Run the loader as administrator.

Sign in with your account, the same one you used to download it.

Paste the key into the redeem field. Copy and paste it rather than typing it, so a mistyped character does not burn an attempt.

Confirm. The product it unlocks appears in your list straight away.
Signing in sets the hardware lock
When your time starts #
The moment you redeem, and not before. Buying on Monday and redeeming on Friday costs you nothing; a seven day key redeemed on Friday runs until the following Friday.
From then on it runs continuously, whether you are playing or not. It is wall-clock time, not hours in game. The one exception is maintenance: while a product is down for a patch, the remaining time on your key is frozen.
Because of that, finish your machine setup before you redeem. If you have not done the BIOS and Secure Boot steps yet, go and do those first.
If the key is rejected #
| What it says | What to do |
|---|---|
| Key not found | A character is wrong. Copy and paste it straight from the email rather than retyping, and check you have not caught a trailing space. |
| Already redeemed | This key has been used, on this account or another. If you did not use it, tell support immediately. |
| Key disabled | The key was revoked, usually because the order behind it was refunded or charged back. Support can explain which. |
| Key expired | Its duration has run out. Time runs from redemption, not from use. |
| Wrong product | The key is for a different game than the one you are trying to unlock. Check the product name on the order. |
Whatever the message, do not post the key itself in a public channel. Anyone who reads it can redeem it before you do.
