Terms of Service

This site and the software behind it are operated by BadPing ("BadPing", "we", "us"). "You" is the person creating an account, buying a license or running the loader.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not create an account, buy a license or use the loader.

You must be at least 18 years old, be legally able to enter a contract, and not be barred from using our services under the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for checking that using software of this kind is lawful where you live. We do not sell to anyone who is prohibited from buying.

You need an account to redeem a key and to run the loader. Keep your credentials to yourself: everything done through your account is treated as done by you.

• Give accurate details and keep your email address current. It is the only address we can send keys and notices to.
• One account per person. Do not share, sell, rent or transfer your account or your keys.
• Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account.

You are buying a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run one of our products for the duration of the plan you picked. You are not buying the software itself, and no ownership or source code changes hands.

Licenses are locked to your hardware. You may reset that lock yourself a limited number of times per week if you reinstall or upgrade your machine; beyond that, ask support.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share, publish, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to defeat the protections of the loader, the drivers or any product. You may not analyze or redistribute our binaries, and you may not use them to build or assist a competing product.

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency listed there and may change at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

You can pay by card through Stripe, or in cryptocurrency through VeliraPay. Card payments are charged in the currency shown, and your bank may add its own conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Crypto payments use the exchange rate locked when you continue from checkout: the next page shows the exact amount of the coin to send and how long you have to send it. Send that exact amount; network and exchange fees are yours to cover. If only part of it arrives, send the rest to the same address before the time runs out. A payment that is still short when the time runs out, or that arrives after that, is matched by hand rather than automatically.

You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to you.

Your license key is emailed to the address you enter at checkout as soon as the payment is confirmed. Check your spam folder before contacting support.

A key does not start counting down when you buy it. Your time starts the moment you redeem the key in the loader, and runs continuously from then until it expires.

Games patch, and each patch can break a product. When that happens we take the product into maintenance and work on a fix. Some are ready the same day; others take much longer, and we would rather stay down than ship a build that puts you at risk.

• Sales pause while a product is flagged as detected. During maintenance keys can still be bought, but they cannot be redeemed until it ends.
• The remaining time on active keys is frozen for the duration of the maintenance, and we add bonus time when an update drags on.
• We do not promise a fix within any particular time, and we do not promise that a product will remain available for the whole of your plan.

We do not and cannot guarantee that any product is or will stay undetected. Anti-cheat systems change without warning. The status shown on this site reflects what we know at that moment, not a promise about the future.

Using our products almost certainly breaks the terms of service of the games you use them with. You accept that doing so may result in:

• your game account being suspended, banned or permanently closed;
• the loss of purchases, progress, ranks or items tied to that account;
• hardware or account bans applied by the game publisher;
• action taken against you by the publisher under their own terms.

You use our products entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you for any of the above, and a ban is not grounds for a refund or for extra time.

License keys are digital goods, delivered automatically once your payment confirms. Once a key has been redeemed it cannot be refunded.

If something is wrong with your order and you have not redeemed the key yet, contact us at [email protected] or on Discord and we will sort it out, including a refund of the unredeemed key where it is our fault.

Refunds go back the way you paid: to your card through Stripe, or as cryptocurrency to a wallet address you give us, for the amount of coin you sent.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us results in immediate and permanent termination of your account and every key on it.

While using our website, loader or Discord you must not:

• attack, probe, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• scrape, mirror or automate access to our site beyond ordinary browsing;
• impersonate us or another customer, or resell our products as your own;
• use our services to harass, threaten or harm another person;
• use our services for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate your account, revoke your keys and refuse future sales, without refund, if you break these terms, abuse our staff, share or resell keys, tamper with our software, or open a chargeback.

You may stop using our services at any time. Ending your account does not entitle you to a refund of time already purchased.

Everything we provide is supplied "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, availability, uninterrupted operation, or non-detection.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost game accounts, lost progress, lost purchases, lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused it.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

You agree to cover our losses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms or from any claim a third party brings against us because of how you used our products.

We may update these terms as our products and the law change. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it. Material changes are announced on our Discord.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where BadPing is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
