- Anti-cheat drivers live in the kernel. We run at firmware and hypervisor level, underneath them, where there is no user-mode process to scan and no driver of ours to flag.

Is BadPing undetected?
Every product shows its status, and when it was last checked, on the status page and its product page. We spread customers across private builds and pause sales the moment a product is flagged as detected, so you never buy into a known detection.
How does it stay hidden?
The BadPing stack runs at firmware and hypervisor level, below the operating system and below the anti-cheat drivers that live in the kernel. There is no user-mode process to scan and no driver for them to flag.
How fast do I get my key?
Your license key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout and shown on screen as soon as the payment confirms. Card payments confirm once Stripe accepts the charge; crypto takes as long as your coin's network needs. Logged-in customers also see their orders under Settings.
When does my time start?
Your time starts when you redeem the key in the BadPing loader, not when you buy it. Buy today, play whenever you are ready.
What happens during updates?
When a game patches we put the product into maintenance and start on the fix. Some patches are sorted the same day, others take much longer, and we would rather be down than ship something that gets you banned. Injections pause, the remaining time on every active key is frozen, and we add bonus time when an update drags on. You can still buy a key in the meantime; it redeems once the update is over. You never pay for downtime.
Will it run on my PC?
Only on an Intel 12th generation processor or newer. AMD processors never work, so check yours before you pay. You also need VT-x, VT-d and VT-rp switched on in the BIOS, Memory Integrity on, and Secure Boot left enabled with its keys cleared. The help center shows how to check each one.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 from build 18363 (1909) up to 22H2, and every Windows 11 release from 21H2 to 25H2. Each product page lists its exact requirements.
Is my key locked to my PC?
Yes, through your account. The first time the loader accepts your sign-in, your account is locked to that machine's hardware, and a sign-in from different hardware is refused until you authorize it. After a hardware change you can do that yourself from your dashboard, up to 5 times per week.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, and cryptocurrency through VeliraPay: you pick the coin at checkout and send it to the address the next page shows. Checkout only lists the ones that are open right now. If you need another option, ask on our Discord and we will sort you out.
Can I get a refund?
Keys are digital goods and cannot be refunded once they have been redeemed. If something is wrong with your order, contact support on Discord before redeeming and we will make it right.
